RANDWICK PLASTIC SURGERY
Your Appointment
Your first appointment is designed to give you confidence and a full understanding of your options. You’ll meet directly with your Specialist Plastic Surgeon, who will take the time to understand your goals, review your medical history and talk you through the most appropriate treatment pathways.
This will ensure you leave with a clear plan, realistic expectations and all the information you need to make an informed decision.
What should I bring to my initial appointment?
Our goal is to make your experience smooth, supportive and fully prepared from the very beginning. When you contact us to book your consultation we will ask you to provide us with all the information we need to be prepared for your visit. This information typically includes:
Your referral letter
A list of current medications
Previous imaging, pathology or reports (if applicable)
Any other medical records or information you consider relevant
Notes or questions you’d like to discuss
If you’re unsure what’s needed, don’t worry our team will guide you and provide all required information before your visit. By obtaining all of this information in advance, your Specialist Plastic Surgeon can review all your information in readiness for your appointment. On the day of your appointment you then only have to think about getting to us on time and asking the questions that you would like to be covered.
Patient Fees & Payment info
At Randwick Plastic Surgery, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. All surgical fees are quoted following your consultation, with
a full breakdown provided for you to consider. Surgical fees vary depending on the procedure, complexity and whether hospital or anaesthetic costs apply. We’ll guide you through any Medicare or private health fund eligibility, and our team will ensure you understand all costs upfront so you can make an informed financial decision with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will incur a cancellation fee. This ensures our Surgeons’ time is respected and assists us to maintain smooth, timely care for all patients.
